Simplified Handover of Homes � 🔌

Rubus' fully digital solution for signing electricity contracts has been a success, with a high conversion rate and excellent feedback from homebuyers. The solution simplifies the process during home handover and saves both time and administrative work for developers and contractors.A new feature for automatic import of electricity meter numbers also improves data quality. Did you know that Rubus has been used in over 700 projects and that we have more than 40,000 homes on the platform? There are now more than 2,000 company profiles on Rubus – including property developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Rubus is a collaboration platform – the more people who use Rubus, the easier it becomes for everyone. If you know someone who should be using Rubus but hasn’t gotten started yet, we’d greatly appreciate a tip 🙏

Nordr and Rubus have now completed a migration job involving 11,500 homes across 191 projects in Norway and Sweden, transitioning from other systems to the Rubus platform. This transition has streamlined operations through standardized templates, product catalogs, meeting bookings, and automated mailings.

The result has been more efficient workflows, reduced costs, increased customer satisfaction, and smoother collaboration between employees, homebuyers, and contractors. With all history and documentation gathered in one system, Nordr now works more data-driven, providing better insights and opportunities for continuous improvement. Customize your company’s or project’s visual profile in Rubus 🎨🎨

With our new White Label solution, administrators now have almost unlimited possibilities to customize the visual profile of the homebuyer interface – quickly and easily.With just a few clicks, you can tailor the home screen for homebuyers to resemble your project website or company profile.Available both in the options phase (before move-in) and after-sales (post move-in). See video HERE

Improved Export in Rubus  📊

Rubus collects all documentation and communication in housing projects. Exporting to Excel is a favorite feature – and now it’s even better!With more options and increased flexibility, all parties can easily retrieve updated data, save time, and reduce errors.

Improved functionality for thread followers 🧵

We’ve made an important update to how message thread followers are managed.Now, new administrators in a project will automatically follow all message threads.This ensures that important information doesn’t get lost.Don’t want these notifications in after-sales? No problem – you can easily turn them off.

New Functionality in Housing Threads (After-sales) 💬
In the After-sales module, there are two main ways to communicate with homebuyers:

  1. Owner message on a case
    When a homebuyer or administrator creates a case for a home, an owner message and an internal message thread are automatically generated.
    This ensures that all communication related to that specific case is collected and easily accessible.
  2. Housing thread – easier access and better overview
    Housing threads have existed in Rubus for a while, but now they have their own tab in the menu!

This is a major update that makes it even easier to find flagged message threads and search message history.

New Feature: Complaint Period ✋

We’re introducing the “complaint period,” a brand-new feature that provides better control over warranty periods.
With this feature, administrators can now automatically hide the “Create Case” button from homebuyers after a specified warranty period.

You simply select the number of years from a dropdown menu, and the system takes care of the rest based on the home’s handover date.

This ensures smoother handling of after-sales cases while reducing unnecessary inquiries from homebuyers after the warranty period has ended.

Rubus Afterwork 💃 🍕

We’ve gotten many questions about when the next Rubus Afterwork will take place. The last event was a success, with over 70 attendees, grilling, and brilliant sunshine on our rooftop terrace. Since there are many holidays in May and lots happening just before summer vacation, we’ve decided to schedule the next one for the end of August.
