Rubus signs agreement with Solid Gruppen
Solid Gruppen has chosen to implement proptech company Rubus' solutions in all future housing projects at Solid Entreprenør and Solid Eiendom. They will also utilize Rubus' analysis module for aftermarket services.

Rubus aims to become the leading platform for the customer journey in multifamily projects across the Nordics. The company has now entered into an agreement with Solid Entreprenør and Solid Eiendom. "We have great respect for the warranty management system that Solid has developed internally, which is likely the best proprietary system we've seen in the industry. Therefore, it is a significant recognition for us that they have chosen Rubus for their housing projects. They bring extensive industry experience and have provided valuable input through our dialogue," says Guy Montuelle of Rubus.

The agreement was signed in late May, and both parties are already in the midst of full onboarding. Despite challenges in the housing market, Solid Entreprenør has recently secured several new contracts and is set to commence multiple projects in Eastern Norway. "We found ourselves at a crossroads. While satisfied with our own system, after testing Rubus in a few projects where the developer made the choice, we saw that the Rubus platform offers what we need and more. Furthermore, they have an advanced analytics module and smart use of artificial intelligence, which we believe will only become more crucial in the years ahead. Several of our regular developers also want Rubus used in all their future projects, positioning them to become a leading provider in the industry," says Runar Nordhelle, CCO of Solid Entreprenør.

"We've had a very good start to the year despite the challenging housing market. We see that more and more in the industry, both developers and general contractors, are recognizing significant efficiency gains by consolidating the entire customer journey on one platform, standardizing project execution, and, importantly, leveraging analytics and our artificial intelligence modules," adds Guy Montuelle.
