"By implementing Rubus' solutions for customizations, inspections, and after-sales service, Vestbo takes a significant step towards a modern and efficient future for its homebuyers and partners," states a press release.
Vestbo has recently established its strategy for further digitalizing its operations, with the homebuyer journey being a major focus. "It's always exciting to collaborate with clients who are advanced in their digital strategy and to support them," says Guy Montuelle, CEO and founder of Rubus.
"The homebuyer journey is crucial for us at Vestbo, but equally important is that the platform works well for general contractors, subcontractors, and other project participants. Errors are costly for all parties involved and lead to poor customer experiences. Based on the reference checks we've conducted, Rubus will provide us with much better project control by centralizing all communication and documentation in one place," says Bjørnar Gilje, Director of Property Development at Vestbo.
Montuelle highlights a well-known market issue where developers and general contractors must deal with multiple systems, various Excel files, and scattered folders to manage documentation and follow up on issues during the warranty period. "This creates inefficiencies for all parties involved, something we see more and more market players considering," he adds.
The first project for Vestbo and Rubus is Kvassneshagen in Knarvik, just outside Bergen. "There has been great interest, and we are looking forward to the sales launch in August," says Gilje.
