Enhanced Functionality for Thread Followers
We’ve made an important update to how thread followers are managed. Now, new administrators in a project will automatically follow all message threads. This ensures that crucial information is not lost.
Don’t want these notifications in the aftermarket module? No problem! You can easily turn them off.
New Features in Housing Threads (Aftermarket)
In the Aftermarket module, there are two main ways to communicate with homebuyers:
Owner Message on a Case
When a homebuyer or administrator creates a case for a property, an owner message and an internal message thread are automatically generated. This ensures that all communication related to a specific case is collected and easily accessible. See more here.
Housing Thread – Easier Access and Better Overview
Housing threads have been part of Rubus for some time, but now they have their own tab in the menu! This is a major update that makes it even easier to find flagged message threads and search through message history.
White Labeling – Customized Colors for Homebuyer Pages in Aftermarket
We have launched new design options in our aftermarket module! You can now customize colors and make the homebuyer page more aligned with your company’s visual profile. This provides a more seamless and professional experience for homebuyers.

New Functionality: Warranty Expiry
We are introducing “Warranty Expiry,” a brand-new feature that offers better control over warranty periods. With this function, administrators can now automatically hide the "Create Case" button from homebuyers after a specified warranty period. You can select the number of years via a simple dropdown menu, and the system will handle the rest based on the property’s takeover date.
This ensures smoother handling of aftermarket cases while reducing unnecessary inquiries from homebuyers after the warranty expires.
Electricity Subscription in Rubus
Rubus’ new fully digital solution for signing electricity agreements at property handover has been operational for a couple of months. The results have been very positive, with a high conversion rate, and homebuyers describe the process as "quick, easy, and completely frictionless."
Now, we’ve also added a feature that allows you to easily import electricity meter numbers, saving you even more time.

Customer Surveys in Rubus – Gain Valuable Insights in Real-Time!
We are currently piloting our latest tool: customer surveys directly on the Rubus platform. You can now easily collect feedback from homebuyers directly within Rubus!. With our latest module, you can create and conduct short, effective customer surveys throughout the customer journey – in a seamless and user-friendly way.

- Automate Surveys – Link them to specific events, such as when a case is resolved or when a change request is signed.
